What's included

• Structured, phased ramp — observation → guided participation → supervised encounters, matched to where you are.
• In-depth mental-status-exam teaching — the core skill: reading the patient, including non-verbal and complex presentations, and asking the caregiver the right questions.
• Charting practice with double-checks — write the note, get it reviewed, learn the reasoning behind it.

Most pre-licensure students carry the same worry: I don't know enough, I'll freeze, an hour with a patient is a long time to fill when school was mostly observing. That gap is real — but it's a training gap, not a sign you don't belong. It closes one way: reps that look like the actual job.
